Point of Sale processes cash sales, integrated order entry, stockidentification, stock issue, and invoicing in an efficient series ofactions. It provides single "hot key" access to customer maintenance,order entry, payment receipt, previous order status, and item stockstatus. Point of Sale produces order input performance reports byoperator.With this module, users can input credit information and connect withoutside systems that will contact credit card bureaus and perform scoringon all customer transactions. Users can produce immediate invoices and doonline credit checks during order entry. They can also display onhand andavailable stock levels at time of entry. There is a comment field torecord pertinent information regarding order. Point of Sale prints picklists and shippers. It includes a customer purchase order field. Point ofSale interfaces to AR, Warranty Tracking, and Inventory.
